Held in honor of the late, great discomycetologist, Dr. Richard P. Korf, the Korf Foray is North America’s first and only ascomycete-focused taxonomic retreat, located in the heart of the hyperbiodiverse temperate rainforests of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
